Tourist Visa Requirements:
- Visa Application Form: Visa application form must be filled online from http://evisa.mfa.uz/evisa_en/. Form should be printed and signed by the applicant. Two copies must be submitted.
- Passport: Original Passport with a validity of more than six months with minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
- Please note:
a) Photocopy of all the used pages of the passport
b) Attach all your old passports (if any) - Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs. Photographs should be 35mm X 45mm mat finish paper with white background.
- Covering letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning his role in the organization, purpose and who will bear the expenses. The letter should be addressed to: Visa Officer, Embassy of Uzbekistan, New Delhi. (Cover letter will be in Plain paper)
- Forwarding letter: A forwarding letter from the legal representative of the company stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and who will bear the expenses. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of Uzbekistan, New Delhi. (Written in company letter head)
- Invitation Letter: Invitation letter should be issued by the related Uzbekistan organization mentioning the recognition of the visitor and taking responsibility for the visitor with Telex/Fax number. (Original copy is recommended, but email version is also acceptable)
- Financials: Original personal Bank Statement for the last six months till date duly signed and stamped by the bank.
- Occupational Viability: Two copy of visiting Card and NOC from organization.
- Hotel Booking: Hotel Reservation copy will be required.
- Ticket: Detail Ticket Itinerary (booked air ticket).
Processing Time: Total approximate time is 12 working days (5 working days at Embassy + 7 working days for Passport transit).
Visa Processing Fee: Total processing fee is BDT 31,200/- (Visa fee is BDT 6,200 + BOSS International!™ Logistics Fee is BDT 25,000)

If you are traveling on holiday tourism most of the tour operators and travel agencies will apply for your visa on your behalf to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan (please contact your travel agent).
If your stay in Uzbekistan exceeds 3 days, you are required to register with the Local Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within 3 working days after arrival. However if you stay in a hotel, the hotel administration should take care of such registration on your behalf automatically.

- Incomplete visa applications are not accepted. A personal interview with an applicant may be required. In case any person is declined to obtain entry visa to Uzbekistan, the Consular Section of the Embassy reserves the right to provide no explanation.
