But if you have all the below documents, BOSS International! will provide you the Processing / Logistics support to have your visa stamped (Logistics charge applicable). You do not need to visit the embassy in New Delhi, India to process your visa.

 Tourist Visa Requirements:

1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any).
2. Uganda Visa Application Form: Two visa application forms duly filled and signed. To Download Application form, Please Click Here
3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size color photographs with Matt or semi Matt finish, 60% – 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
   Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
4. Covering-Letter: A Covering Letter from applicant (plain paper) mentioning the name, designation, passport number, purpose of visit and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Uganda High Commission, New Delhi.
5. Ticket: Return Air Ticket along with Airline printout
6. Hotel Booking: receipt from Uganda has to be directly faxed to the Embassy and one copy to us.
7. Medical: Original Yellow Fever Certificate.
8. Financials:
   a) Foreign exchange duly endorsed/copy of credit card.
   b) Original Company or Personal Bank Statement (the bank statement of the bearer of travel cost) for last six months with minimum amount of BDT 75,000/

Processing Time: Total approximate time is 12 to 14 working days (5 to 7 working days at Embassy + 7 working days for Passport transit).

Visa Processing Fee: Total processing fee is BDT 34,900/- (single entry). (Visa fee for single entry is BDT 9,900 + BOSS International!™ Logistics Fee is BDT 25,000)

6. Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Uganda host / inviting Company on its letter head (should be in color) stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation. The letter should be faxed directly to embassy and a copy to us.
7. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation: for both Inviter and Local company. (Recommended)
8. Sponsorship letter:
   a) Letter from the invitee,
   b) The passport copy of the Sponsor along with his/ her Identity and address Proof.
9. Ticket: Return Air Ticket along with Airline printout
10. Medical: Original Yellow Fever Certificate
11. Financials:
